Hello

I like this house and I downloaded to test it. When I got ingame to it I found some problems with some of the items used in it or used to make it. Here is a list of them, they show up that funny blue.

The Lady on Red painting
Independent Expressions painting
Big Entrance Window
Simline Wall Phone
Handle and Spout painting

They aren't hard to get rid of. I just thought you may want to know.

Beautiful house, and I like how you furnished it though I suspect there are some fairly high-poly things in there, since none of my other houses lags this much... Well, I'll just make it a little more spartan.

Oh, an issue with the shower on the second floor, my sims can't get in... I moved it but it still doesn't work. Any idea? I'd hate to remove it!

I had the same problem but just move it round a bit and I bet it will work or take out the plant. I took out the plant and moved it around a bit and it then was operable. By the way thanx for the positive feedback!

Even though the EP isn't required, can one who has the EP installed be able to use this house in the game?

Yes you can play it even with the expansion installed.
