Price Reduced!!! Now only 246,019 simoleons!

As some of you know, I'm searching for a new house in real life.
...have been searching for over a year now - while waiting for our house to sell, so we can finally move. Finally!
...Anywho - whilst searching on-line through Trulia or Zillow - whichever, they sent me this as a recommendation. Now, why in the world would they send this as a recommendation to ME!!?! My filters are set to only search for houses that are: 2-story, traditional, built between 1890 - 1920, in Central Florida - within a half hour of Disney (which is not anywhere near the beaches!) and in my significantly lower price range. Even the Sim version of this place is too rich for me!

What the blazes?!! *sigh* So, I decided the only thing for it was to Sim it.

I must admit, my first thought when I saw this place was, "OMG! What a monstrosity!" Please remember - I am not a lover of Modern House Design. K? However, after building it and vicariously living here for a while (with the Traveller family) it has really grown on me. I love sitting in the living room with it's built in aquarium, white baby grand, and tremendous view of the ocean. NICE! Please scroll through the pictures up top to see everything

This house - though inspired by the house I saw - is completely a figment of my imagination. I have no idea of the floor plan for the original house, and the outside has obviously evolved quite a bit in simitization. It is a Modern style beach house, built on a 40X60 beach lot*, and costs $246,019.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, dining room, living room, exercise/dojo/sauna, and 3 full sundeck/porches across the back of the house - with more activities and a play area on the beach. While I failed at making it "CC free", there isn't too much added custom content. And, all skilling/living/necessary/etc objects are present. Smoke and burglar alarms are included, as are telephones, internet, and cable. LOL

*NOTE: Beach lots are EXTREMELY fiddly! This was built on the shore in Belladonna Cove. I used the in-game 40X60 beach lot; plopped it down, and built.
If you are having difficulty getting it to place - you may need to put it somewhere along the shore of Belladonna Cove.

<<<ALSO NOTE - this is a copy of the house - NO SIM HAS EVER LIVED HERE>>>

Necessary, and NOT included - GO get them:
Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 (only necessary if walls are missing - it means I used the unlevel wall instead of "CFE" while building. If walls are missing, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall to your DL folder before loading this house again)
And, I highly recommend:
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
