This is like my ideal legacy type of template where i can have my main family detached from the rest of the hood. It's the best one I've seen so far to fit what i saw in my head so thank you.

Wow- another winner!

Love how it has a little bit of everything (large, medium, small, & isolated areas) & is also a very lovely & interesting layout. Very cool!

An enormous neighboourhood, stunning and beautifully designed . BUUUUUUUUUT if anyone (like I did ) wants to use this terrain you really should get hold of a new neighbourhood camera, otherwise you can't see anything . The default settings for the Neigh.camera are stupid . There is a creator here at MTS that has a great pack of default replacement cameras, which are the ones I'm currently using, and they work like a charm, finally got to see the full extent of this neighbourhood in all its glory . http://modthesims.info/d/312294 if anyone's interested

Yes, you truly need a camera mod to appreciate these kinds of hood. I always recommend people to get GunMod's Camera Mod when I post a terrain, is the mod you recommend similar? I've only ever tried the one.
