I normally keep my Sims alive, yet I wanted a graveyard in my hood, one that fits in with the general look of the town.
Peaceful Waters have space for a lot of gravestones. The City Council has planted a small palm tree on every plot, but once you bury your Sim, you can remove it and add flowers, a light, or anything you want. They have also put a statue here and there to keep the dead company.
The building is there for Sims to sit and mourn quietly. There is coffee, and a piano if you want to greet the souls with music. There is also outside seating, if your Sim arrives on a spring or summer day, to mourn.
You could run it as a business - just change the furniture. Or a chapel.
The lights are not too many - it is a graveyard, I thought it should be a little bit spooky.
