I’ve the same issue and tried that and it didn’t work. I also didn’t see any maids or whatever in the hotel but there were quests.
I’d love the mod to work because i think it’s a very cool idea.

Mod seems to have basic features. A couple things seem to be broken.. Would be awesome if this was updated. or somebody added onto this package.
