(First of all, I`m not very good at English )))

Enchanted houseboat.
There is an underwater level. 3 floors in total.

Basic information:

Residential lot.

Lot price:
Furnished: 184, 896

But it's the cost of the house itself,
posted on the lot it will cost 190, 396

Lot Size: 30x20

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

No Custom Content (CC) used.
Only base game materials + The Sims 4 Get to Work (addon materials).





Underwater level: bathroom, bedroom, study room with computer.
There are also 4 pots for plants (mini-garden under the water ,
but of course, you can delete them.

All the windows in this basement-underwater floor are facing the pool.
I`ve placed many trees in fantastic style
from the "Get to Work" addon (dancing red maples) inside the pool.

We assume that this is a underwater vegetation, creating a mystical effect
By the way, these trees shimmer at night - a glow is flowing on the trunks and leaves.

The ground floor: kitchen, dining room
(stereo + music speakers on the all of the 3 floors),
+ area with bookcase and joiner table.

The second floor
(we get here from the main entrance, walking up the stairs from the outdoor):
living room with a TV, aquarium, bar counter, chess table.
Small bathroom, bedroom with a treadmill.

The living room opens to a balcony with the easel,
2 maples (decoration).

Outdoors you can swim in the pool,
sit on the benches or at a table under an umbrella,
to eat food, cooked on the grill,
play cards with friends.

Extract it to the Tray folder of your game
(all the files -
.bpi .trayitem and .blueprint files):

Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\

Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
Enter the game.

Select your Library (you can press F4)
and choose the new lot (ENCHANTED HOUSEBOAT)
to place over any existing lot.
