Ever wanted a fancier place for your Sims to go to, where they can show of their cultural education? No? Anyways... here is the solution for ALL of your problems and worries: the famous "Semperoper" Concert Hall! Here your Sims can enjoy the top stars of the music business like the famous chinese pianist Short Short or the infamous violinist Divad Bangortz. Or maybe even your incapable Sim with his limited talents will enter the big stage to get shamed in public - everything is possible! Bravi Tutti!

And if your Sim is more willing to just enjoy a splendid evening with his friends he may just have a drink, enjoy the music and art, dance in the hall and get annoyed by lesser educated Sims, who seem to think a classical concert is the perfect opportunity to get temporarily sick and cough all through the silent passages. What a pleasure!

But wait! - there is more! Your Sim may practice in the practice rooms until he is ready for public concerts or simply rest in the dressing room for his big debut.

The difficult task with this building was to give it a functionality besides just looking pretty in your neighborhood. So it serves as a "Lounge" building and works quite fine. The big hall unfortunately does not function like intended so its more about the look. Maybe with a mod like the Cinema Mod by simmythesim you might get more use out of it, but I have not tried that. (If someone likes to test this, tell me your experiences in the comments. )The cafe on the second floor is also more decorative than practical, unless your Sim creates some dinner in the kitchen for his company.

But nevertheless the building adds a valuable location for your Sims to go to and spend their time. The outer architecture tries to resemble the famous "Semperoper" in Dresden, Germany. I hope you enjoy and have much fun with it!

The building uses no CC! But I like to recommend the Two-tile Pessimist’s Porthole by plasticboy to replace the roof floor windows with for the looks.
