There are a few things with this lot that you may want to download. I chose these items for this home to help bring out the Victorian charm along with adding a few updated features. These items are not required for the lot to work. If you do not have these items the game will replace them with something else. This home was put on a lot just big enough for the home itself. I did that so if you would like to put it on a larger lot you can.
