Pearlite Retreat - 4BR 5BA, No CC

Greetings, this is my very first upload in modthesims. So here it is!




Pearlite Retreat is a modern contemporary house which consists of Public Area (front building) and Private/Living Area (back building). Complete with with ambitious basement where your sims can build up their body, relax in sauna, waking up llama (but don't, don't wake the llama!), look down into microscope, travel into... alien planet?, and many more. Unfortunately we got no place to build a rocket .



Last but not least, No CC required.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
• Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
