I don't understand you. I did not mean "gypsy" as an insult. I mean it like a style or like a culture - their "gypsy" caravan are worldwide famous.
It is about point of view. For example we have a TV : http://www.gipsytv.eu/gipsy-television.html?page_id=286.

I ask my friend (who is a rom) if he takes this creations like a racial slur and he laught and say ... "this lovely full color building is a racial slur?"

In my language i will say you "podľa seba súdim teba" in english it is close to this "It takes one to know one." So maybe instead look on a "gypsy" word, take look on a whole creation.

I am not a rasist and never will be. If someone take it like a slur i apologize.

and i never thought it is a racial slur. They are a lovely creations ....

Gypsy is not a 'racial slur'. I am part gypsy and am pleased to call myself that. Lovely coffee shop, love the colourful style!
