What does this mod do?

This is a tuning mod (ITUN) to get rid of the autonomous "check out new object" sims are so fond of doing every time you buy something new.

I'd say it's not the most annoying of behaviours, though they do sometimes privilege this action over anything else, just to tell you how awesome (or not) they find their new acquisitions and I've seen a few asks for a similar mod here and there.

And in my research, I've only stumbled upon Twoftmama's No Autonomous View Objects (link to the mod at Naughty Sims Asylum, need to be registered to view). However, this mod doesn't affect sims' ability to "check out" new objects, only to view them as they would do in an Art Gallery.

Well, this is actually not so bad, since Twoftmama's mod and mine don't modify the same resources, you'll be able to use them together.

How do I use this mod?

You can simply place the package in:
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

Additional information

This mod was created with patch 1.67 (I'm not sure about retro-compatibily)
This mod shouldn't conflict with any other mods as long as they don't modify the following ITUN resource:

ComeAndSee_GameObject (0xD9B95531B2B3DFF3)

Hope this will be useful to some of you!
