This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
I've always had a hard time finding this type of boot in previous games, so I decided to recolor these.
Now, these might actually work with basegame, but I'd have to test it. The boots themselves are from the Spooky Stuff SP.

As you can see, I did bright colors, light colors, browns and two-tones. The male and female boots are exactly the same, same colors, same style. I did NOT recolor the female version with heels. Both versions are flats.
Originally, there were 5 colors. Now there's 36. You're welcome.

As you can see, they work in game.
