I love Jan. He's one of my favorite sims. I've been playing him for a long time now. He is currently a magic user and actor. He has an "accidental" twin, Eli. I had him cast Duplicato and when Eli died I had Jan give a deathflower to the Grim Reaper who then brought Eli back. Eli then became Jan's permanent identical twin. I love it.
