Seeing these outfits show up in Everyday has always bugged me, and since the recategorisers I use do not address this issue, I took the matter into my own hands.
Phaenoh has already included this outfit in her Great Clothing Migration, but her mod also moves some outfits that I want to keep in both categories. Do not use both at the same time.

With this file, all recolors of each outfit will only show up in Outerwear. For the ages elder, teen, child and toddler there are outfits for both genders; for the adult stage, only males have the outfit.

If you'd rather see some of the recolors/ages stay in Everyday, you can open the .package in SimPE yourself and delete the corresponding Property Sets (GZPS); only the ones included will override the Maxis settings. Remember that a = adult, e = elder, t = teen, c = child and p = toddler; f and m are the genders, with u being unisex (the recolors starting with cu are the ones shared between girls and boys, same thing for pu; this means that unfortunately, you can't have a shared color show up for girls in everyday while boys only get it in Outerwear).

Installation instructions:
You can put this file in your Downloads folder, but doing so will enable the delete button in CAS and Body Shop for these outfits. Do NOT delete content that came with the game: it can mess up your game files severely. To keep the delete button disabled, go to your Program Files and put the .package in the "Bins" or "Skins" folder in "...\EA Games\(your latest EP)\TSData\Res\Catalog\". For Ultimate Collection users, the pathway is "...\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Catalog\" (SP9 stands for M&G).
