The Traveller family bought the Stylish Setup 2 BR 2.5 BA model from Kitchen and Bath Stuff pack but after living there since 2008, they decided it needed a make-over. (Actually, Sjader decided that, but she won't mind if I make it into a story). The problem is that Trent doesn't want all the trouble of moving, and Tina loves the pool, but Trisha has had it and wants a house with more space. Therefore, they hire sim realtor, David, and sim designer, Hillary, to help them solve the dilema. With a budget of 20,000 simoleons, Hillary goes to work and updates the Stylish Setup in the following ways:
Fresh paint inside and out
Remodeled roof and railings
Added landscaping
New wood tile flooring throughout
New rugs
Updated staircase
Realtor David finds them a larger house with 2 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a home office (which could be a bedroom), large open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and not only the desired pool but also a jacuzzi. The lot is also bigger, 3x3. The problem is that price of the house is 122,656, over budget by 2,000 simoleons. Now the Travellers have to decide whether to love their remodeled house, or list it and buy the new house.
After a lot of discussion and making pros and cons lists, the Travellers have finally decided. Your sims will also have the choice of the remodeled Stylish Setup or the Stylish Alternative.
