Hey! I have felt so limited by the design of the current chess tables and have LONGED for some updates. This mod gives unlimited possibilities! Thanks for sharing!!

What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately I can't play on the board. I placed it like recommended but I have no dialogue options by clicking on it, not even the Sim Ray Transform option. I tried with various tables but nothing seems to work.

I'm having the same problem as Aylish. I have it placed correctly (the diagonal trick is great to get chairs to snap to it), but there are no options appearing when trying to click on the board.

Sorry for my super late update everyone! I finally fixed the chessboard to work with the latest version of the game. I also added geostates in so that the board will now animate as it is being played. Placement is the same for the regular version but I have provided a second version that is floor placement only (to ease chair placement issues). Please download whichever works best for you in game! Only 1 version will work at a time.

This turned out to be great for my chess club residence!

This and the Playing Cards are wonderful concepts, Rainerine! Unfortunately, I can't get mine to work. All I get from either is the messages "there are not enough chairs at the table to play the game" (although there are, in fact, enough chairs; two for chess and four for cards). I usually a normal small dining room table (the Industrial Wood Square Table) with chairs attached normally; what am I doing wrong?

Thanks so much sorry you are having issues getting it to work. One tip I have make sure you connect the chairs to the board first, I find that putting it on diagonally works great and then rotate to match the table. This issue is usually because the chairs are attached to the table and not the board itself, so it doesn't recognize them and won't allow the board to be used. I do provide a floor only version which does help to make this process a bit easier. You have to use move objects on cheat with this version. Let me know if that helps.
