SCREENSHOTS
Happy Easter!
I've got a couple of frames for you today, inspired by a couple of no name frames I've seen in a 99c shop lately and I kind of wanted them in my game, so I made them and decided to share them with you as well
These are actually more for the 'recolourists' among you, to put in your sim family photos I have been searching myself a couple of times for standing photo frames where I could put in snapshots I took from the game and they are for some reason terribly hard to find (there are some but there isn't exactly variety).
I didn't work with the repository technique here - that is to say, I tried to but failed so I ended up with just grabbing the texture from Bella's painting and put it in as an example. For recolours you will have to use my package files, not any other painting in the game. The textures are pretty straight forward, though, so with some basic SimPE experience (or with a tutorial on custom object recolours) this is really easy to do.
So let's look at the basic information:
LizzieDarcy_HatPhotoFrame.package
Catalog Name: A Memorable Hat
Price: 5§
Catalog Location: Decorative -> Sculptures
LizzieDarcy_MustachePhotoFrame.package
Catalog Name: A Memorable Mustache
Price: 5§
Catalog Location: Decorative -> Sculptures
The polycount for the mustache frame is a bit higher than the other one due to the shape of the mustache.
However, I hope some of you have fun with them and as usual, I really don't mind if you alter the mesh or do recolours and upload them (preferably on MTS, for other sites it'd be nice to send me a quick pm or let me know in the comments since I'd like to keep track of all available variety with downloads and link them, do not put them on any pay sites though). As long as you credit my work and link back to the original you're good to go
Polygon Counts:
HatPhotoFrame: 184
MustachePhotoFrame: 414
Additional Credits:
EA Games (MAXIS), SimPe, Photofiltre 7

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
