This is so cute.. I just wish they would give us more lot spaces in worlds so we can have extra space to set places like this. Thank You for making mods.

I don't know how to describe the way a dentist's office has a particular "mood", but you captured it in this build. Straight up, this place looks like my old orthodontist's office.
