a big, legacy-ready american foursquare starter on a sizable lot! lots of room for expansion and a clean structure that can technically span infinitely towards the heavens without looking awful. with the architecture and lot size joining forces, the budget pretty much only had room for the basics, so your sims will probably be chilling on community lots for their fun needs for a little bit.
