This is a simple, small home for outdoor-loving Sims. Featuring a studio Living/Kitchen/Sleeping area and 1 bathroom w/ beach and star view. Through the big sliding glass door you have direct acces to the deck.

The carport offers space for one car, and has access to a small seating area and the rear deck.

On the deck, which is embedded in Turquoise lightning at night, your Sims can relax in the sun or whirlpool. There's an outdoor kitchen with seating for 6 so you can invite some friends over.

I haven't done something Modern which looked proper in a while, so I'm glad to upload this little house
I also recommend to place this house in a warm environment, since the rear exit is just an open hole.

Built on a 30x20 lot and costs §98.038F and §65.140UF

CC used but not included:
DIY build set (Pretty much everything)
32 new wood patterns! (Pack 1-4)

Backless showers by Hugelunatic

Hope you enjoy

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Oh wow! That's such a cool design, and a very talented use of CFE! The shape is really cool, I can just imagine what it would be like to visit!

I really like this lot. The angles and extended deck were confusing me for a minute, I wasn't sure how big the house actually was (this is a compliment, not a bad thing). I think I would really enjoy playing this. Great work.

Oh Johnny- this is a-mazing! The lines, the angles, the skylights/roofs- really breathtaking. And your pics are lovely, too.

I love how sculptural your build is. Lots of interesting individual parts, but you bring them all together well as a cohesive unit. :D

Which lot did you place this on in what world? Everytime Ive placed a lot on a beach I've run into trouble is why I ask. I am gonna try this but if it doesn't work out good, I will come back here to see where you suggest placing it. I am in the Sunset Island 2 world (MY FAVORITE) so if you happen to know of one there, please share your ideas.

For some reason, this lot will not install through my launcher. I have tried twice now, and it says that it DID INSTALL with success, but then its not in the game. I exit & go back to launcher, and indeed, says it is not installed. So, do you have a way to upload just the Library file? Or can this be put in a package file?
