Hello, I think it's important to tell that since this mod last updated an expansion called Island Living was released with lots connecting to the ocean or larger bodies of water outside of the lot, how different would it be if we made a foundation, added a second level, deleted the first floor then lowered to the lowest height on these lots (Basically just one level up from a foundation). also terrain level editing and editable ponds were also introduced since this mod was released.
