I went to a store called "Utilikilts" when they had a physical location near where I live (www.utilikilts.com if you want to see what they carry) - I saw an orange camouflage kilt and wanted one. I was quickly told that my ample female hips (I believe I was a size XL at the time) would not fit in these kilts since they were styled for MEN, so had less room in back. Then again, my boyfriend had dragged me there with him since he was interested in one. Traditional Scottish kilts are definitely a men only thing. But I love plaid skirts, and wish someone would come up with WOMEN's skirts that have lots of utility pockets in them, or even women's pants, preferably in plus sizes (I am now in my 40's about 20 years later and wear a size 3x).

Utilikilt makes womens kilts now. They are usually a bit shorter than the mens but they have the pouches.

Hopefully, Sims 4 will finally get Seasons, so there will actually BE cold weather to make this nice & cozy to wear. Til then, I'm in it 4 the fashion!
