Hi, it looks great! I'm not sure if I'll grab it, but you did a great job.
I do have to say though, the separate room on the ground floor is what Maxis was calling the half-bath.

Yes, I know, but it didn't have any fixtures in it. So, in my book, it's just an empty room.
