I’m not sure if it’s related, but do you have Neia_Careers_Common.package installed? It’s not included in all of my careers, so this could be causing an issue although I’m not 100% sure.

On Neia's page it says you need to export your careers again for patch 1.45.62.1020, i think?? So maybe people patched to 1.45.62.1020+ are having problems since it looks like you last did your careers for 1.44.88.1020?

Altho maybe you did since it says you last updated this Aug 7th which is after Neia updated?... so i dunno but your Description page says works with 1.44.88.1020 not 1.45.62.1020 and above

seems the Neia Common file is inside the packag as it show on http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=572482 Mod conflict detector say its duplicated.

I also have a problem with my sim not going to work. i have the latest version of Neia's common file. No LE is generated.

It isn't working for me! They can get the job but when it's time to go to work they won't go and I can't make them go. Then they get in trouble for missing work!

Yeah, the same problem still here. just gonna delete them from my mods file since its been over a month with the same issue and no fix...

Quick question: Is it possible to edit the days/hours of the work so it doesn't conflict with my character's full-time job?

It is possible to change the days/hours of the work by opening the .package-File in Sims 4 Studio (or S4PE) and changing the "start_time" in the "Career Level Tuning"-Type Files (e.g. "careerLevels_TwilightsimsalienTestSubject_TwilightsimsalienTestSubject_Level1") for every Career Level (the "start_time" is on the end of the file, so just scroll down completely), but I don't think you can have multiple careers at once.
