I tried to reconstuct the Rialto Bridge in Venice as a community lot, and it's here on MTS2. (We went on honeymoon to Venice, and I was there some time back too. It's just an amazing city.)

So here's the other really famous bridge there, the Bridge of Sighs. I've made it as lovingly as I can both as a residential home and as a community lot. The bridge led convicted prisoners (“sighing”) from the court in the Doge’s Palace to the prison.

The actual palace is huge, so this has smaller versions of palace and prison. It works as a large family home on 5 levels, with grand staircase, working elevators in both buildings, indoor pool, library, large dining room, music room, games room, 3 en suite bedrooms in the prison, outdoor tub.

Fully decorated and furnished, with high environment scores even when Sims go to work! Custom walls. No hacks - the file is 5mb because of the detail.

The lot is medium (3x3) so it doesn't slow down the game. The price is $415000 and the bills are just over $1k.
