I quite like the idea of the house, no doubt. I'll post a thanks in advance. But the house for whatever reason is marked as having custom content. Is this some kind of bug or something?

I think so, I have this problem. Maybe because I have script mods in my game that causes it to think it has CC furniture in the house itself? There isn't any CC in the house what-so-ever.
I don't own any CC furniture or Cas items in my game. :D
