Your sim in the future can build plumbots at the bot emporium, but I thought it might be nice to have the option to own the lot that the bot machine is on. Obviously there are many futuristic houses your sim can buy, but your sim may not have 100K available to them. So, that was the idea behind this house. I made it really small and basic- but still futuristic- so that more sims would be able to afford their own small house in OL. I've made one OL home before that was slightly under 100K with a double bed, but I didn't make it really small and it didn't have a bot machine on it.

I placed the lot here. The idea behind placing it there was so it was still close to the base camp, in case your sim wants to chill at the base camp too. If your sim would like to do some fishing and you're placing the lot here, I recommend building on the next door fishing spot and adding some fish spawners since for some reason there aren't any included on it.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

You know it is very strange. I haven't played OL for the longest time b/c I have to fix my OL save. I just finished fixing it and traveled there and literally within a day I saw your OL uploads. Just what I needed to fix up my town. I love how you were able to keep the style of OL and your buildings literally fit in seamlessly into the world. Very professional looking. Thanks a bunch!

I'm glad you like my OL lots, thank you! I really was disappointed in the lack of lots and the quality of some of them when my sim first traveled there (I've remade 3 of the lots and have made many others). it took me a few houses to really get a handle on the OL style. It was important for me to look like they belong in the town. Did you see the complete backlog with the oasis landing tag? I have quite a bit of other lots for OL, and I'm the only creator on the site using the oasis landing tag.

...you have ... MOAR?!?!?!

Sanity is overrated.

Nitromon is a type of Pokemon encountered in the Pokemon Nitrome Version series.

There. Mystery solved.
