As far as I can tell, the CEP alone should be enough to make the base subset recolorable. I don't know if there's any way to get Object Workshop to show textures for the base other than the base metal, but at least for me, the subset shows up and I can pull a TXMT and MMAT for it.

Yeah, that was the part I couldn’t figure out. It only shows textures for the base game versions in-game, and there’s no recolorable subset in PE. Obviously if I figure out how to do that, I’ll update the files...

Do you have the "Include CEP" box under Extra > Preferences > File Table ticked?

No idea why you're not seeing the base as a recolorable subset in SimPE.

Anyway, I went ahead and made a set of recolor packages for the base, and linked them to your textures. I think they look rather nice, even with the bowl.
