Lot Desc: Descend underneath the frondescence to the front door of the Sunken Contemporary. This modern style house became part of the terrain around it as soon as it was built. Sims at Sim Tech planted trees and flowers, developed and sprayed GrowFast serum all around to achieve an overgrown look without the hundreds of years of waiting! The result was this picturesque house!

The unfurnished price is §55,829 and the furnished price is §107,449.

I used all EPs except University Life, and I used no stuff packs in this lot. If you don't have all the EPs this lot definitely won't look the same. There is no custom content used for this house.

Note: If the lot you are placing this on is too close to sea-level, the first floor will be flooded and inaccessible! This is because it is built almost an entire two stories into the ground, and that is why it is called the Sunken Contemporary.

Also, thanks to the members of Mentoring4Builders for helping me out with this lot!

Please to not re-upload or claim as your own.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Nice work. I didn,t realize it was more than 2 floors below. You do know how many steps a wall is right? It's 16 steps or 4 x 4 steps staircases. It's your creation though and this is just as good as any other solution Keep up the good work.
