LONGBOURN Manor a beautiful mansion, which can easily accommodate a very large household, came into prominence and popular knowledge, in the turn of the eighteenth century, when the youngest daughter of the Lord, eloped with a charming but cunning military officer. It would have seemed that the family would fall into disrepute, however the recovery of the youngest daughter, and the consequent marriage of the elder ones, to prominent members of the nobility, saved the family and the home in which they lived. The Manor which is a historical landmark, was purchased by an unnamed eccentric billionaire who restored it to its former glory and fixed it up with modern conveniences. :D

The BBC version of Pride and Prejudice, adapted from Jane Austen's novel used Luckington Court as Longbourn, the house of Mr and Mrs Bennet and their five daughters, the second being Elizabeth, the heroine of the story. I have tried my utmost to replicate the original grounds, and since the scope and scale of the original is pretty large I have had to substitute and adjust it to the Sims 4.

In the Ground Floor, we will find the Downstairs Living room and Bar, the Music Room, the Kitchen and the Dining Room, the TV Room, the downstairs Bathroom, The Library and The Study. In the olden days the front staircase was used by the family, and the back staircase was used by the butlers and the help.

In the First Floor, we have six bedrooms, including the Grand bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. There is also a room for the Butler and another for the Helpers and the Upstairs Bathroom.

Several bushes and wild flowers thrive in the front garden and many trees too. On the other side of the manor, there is a small enclosure with some beautiful topiary, lilac bushes and assorted flowers. A chessboard placed in the shade of the enormous tree, is a refreshing pastime in the summer months, and the benches are perfect for some solitary reading or self-reflection.

I suppose I don't have the necessary tools to build a weathered facade, and as I mentioned in my post, it is not meant to be an exact replica. I would be happy to have your notes on the subject however if you leave me the necessary tools to build a weathered facade as you put it.
