Unfortunately, this item and the other separated Island Living beds are not downloading correctly for me. The .zip file will not open. WinRAR says the format is either unknown or damaged. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry I only saw your comment now. I'm so sorry if this isn't working for you. I tested out the uploaded files I have here, it extracts perfectly on my end, using WinRar. I've also asked some other people to test it and they haven't had any issues on their end. Maybe try downloading it again? Something may have gone wrong during the download process.
