Not sure why it didn't work for me my sim has a plain EA baby!

Is your baby an occult? I only added the clothes to the light, medium, and dark skintones, so a baby which inherits another color skintone will not be affected. I'm not sure if custom skintones would conflict with this, unless they defaulted to pink, blue, green, purple, etc skintones.

Also, did you remove any other baby clothes from your mods folder? These mods conflict with any other ones which alter the bassinet/baby (including the other baby clothes mods I've made).
