It's not officially a hotel while EA don't put this possibility in the game (I hope they will one day), so it was not very useful to have several bedrooms, except if you want to send 10 Sims at the same time here. ^^

Brilliant! Wonderful SPA! Just awesome lot! I really love your lots, they are very beautiful and so comfort for playing. My sims love to relax here and never want to leave!
