I also want to thank you for this really interesting lot. It's empty - but one can really make something of it. It reminds me of the best lot I've ever downloaded for Sims 3 (Industrial chic, fully furnished with lots of cc). This will be indeed a challenge for me to funish it :-))

This lot is lovely! I think it would be neat to place it in Univeristy World and turn it into a rebels hideout.

This is great! I'm using it instead of the typical "Criminal Hideout" with broken windows, and placing legit looking business around most of it, with a criminal element (using one of Jynx's rabbit hole rugs) acting undercover within it. Thank you!

I know this hasn't been commented on in forever but when I first started playing Sims 3 a few years ago (after finding Sims 4 just not right for me), I wanted this lot badly in my game. I didn't know the first thing about downloading, remodeling or anything so I moved on and played very vanilla until I finally caught on to some tricks. But, I'd forgotten about this little warehouse and how much I loved it and wanted it until finding it at the bottom of my 'save for later' list. I'm grabbing it now and Lordy only knows what it'll end up being but THANK YOU! It's adorably ramshackle and just begging for a new life!
