Very creative! Did you have a chance to try this mod with MCC installed? There's a culling/no culling feature in there too. I haven't used it much but wonder if having it installed will conflict with yours? And MCC's doesn't give you the cool warning your does!! I like yours better!

It's a simple text string replacement so I cannot imagine why it should clash with MCC.

I love mod ideas that evolve from playing the game and having an issue with it. Good job, iraht!

Yes normally they do. The grave should appear at the front door of their house. Though I have had it happen where Sims would die somewhere random (at a bar or something) and there's no grave stone, or if they were the last sim in the household, I have had it happen that it didn't generate a grave either. In both cases I recommend checking out the "Release all ghosts/Get urn for..." mod from LittleMsSam's "Random Small Mods" collection. With that installed you can generate a grave/urn for any sims that you might need one for

The warning is actually just The Sims 4 itself, I just made it so it shows both first and last name, instead of only first name

Hi, this seems useful! :-) odd it's not like that in the game already.

I am wondering, if they fades away, if you don't do any strengthening, will they be removed from all ancestors trees (don't know what they are called again), or are that fading only related to their ability to become ghosts and having a gravestone?

And will that notification come always or only when you play with someone that knew that sim?

The notification only shows if your sims knew the sim that is fading. If you don't do anything, the sim will be deleted from the game and can never be summoned or interacted with again, they basically never existed, however they will remain on the family tree with name and picture. Sims with relationships to that sim will not "remember" them anymore; they just don't know them. The family tree and a grave stone will be all that remains.

Does this help with the issue that sometimes it shows the same "Fading" notification like 5 times in a row?

EDIT: Can confirm I still get duplicates of the Spirit Fading message. But at least it has the last name now.

By any chance was Audrey eaten by a cowplant?

(sorry I had to)
