Britechester University has lots of things, but good dorms aren?t one of them. To change that, the Brite House has been built. Featuring all of the latest developments in high-tech student housing and leisure features, this place has all your Sim will need to get through his university graduation without having to endure the stress all of the other peasants will have to.

This house comes fully equipped with 5 suites (4 of them with double beds), a pool, a library, a social area with a ping-pong table and TV, a library and even its own club in the basement!
