ALL of your lots ROCK! Personally, I think that your method of making pagodas is 9000x cooler than the pagoda roofs in Bon Voyage.

Two questions though: 1) the max number of floors is 5, and every odd-numbered floor after the second floor is turned into a dummy level, so how can the pagoda have 3 levels? 2) how was the octagonal pagoda made?
