The thirteenth house in my "1920s Series" - inspired by 62 Beautiful Vintage Home Designs from the 1920s - is an American Colonial style with a nice front porch and a private balcony (deck) above, off the Master bedroom. The original design of this home has three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement. I added a garage to the property ...and I snuck in a powder room near the front entrance. Instead of fighting with stairways and foundation walls this time, I used the spiral staircase - which gave me an unexpected bonus - extra room! So, I added a bathroom. Voila!

I love the wording on the brochure: The home "while it is unusual is particularly free from the freakish... The color scheme is particularly good." I'm not so sure about that? Mint green and chocolate brown sound yummy in my ice-cream cone, but I doubt the HOA would approve those colors for my siding. (In TS2 the brown siding that matches the mint green siding is decidedly more orangey-brown than chocolate brown, but that's what I went with. And, it's grown on me - I think it's pretty cute now but please, feel free to change it to suit your HOA's needs!)

Look at those super-cute windows! Thank you Honeywell! This house proudly uses the beautiful Bespoke Build Set.

Please scroll through all the above pictures to see everything this house has to offer. It is furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, an alarm clock, a loveseat, and dining table. Appliances, plumbing, and lighting are included. The telephone is on the wall in the kitchen. The front door is burglar alarmed. The range and fireplace have smoke alarms.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. Pictures were taken with Invisible Fire Alarms in place, but the lot is packaged without that mod. So, you will see the fire alarm over the range in the kitchen, and the fireplace in the living room. Pictures were also taken with the Invisible Driveway, but the lot is not packaged with it. I highly recommend both invisifying options! .

The only CC you need for this lot is already in the package (unless I missed something - please tell me if I did!)
That would be all the Bespoke Build Set stuffs... and Numenor's Lost & Found Flowering Thorn Tree - all linked below
Make sure you have:
- Bespoke Build Set MASTER File ...without this all the Bespoke items will flash blue.

...and I highly recommend getting:

- Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David @ MTS2

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.

Lot Size: 2x2
