Dr. Harvey Sutton was a local scientist, well respected in his field. He built a large home for the family he intended to have, but never found the right person to make a life with. Instead, he rattled around in the huge house, alone. Some say he lost his mind and began to use his scientific knowledge for unethical purposes.

Upon his passing, his great-niece Emma inherited his house and fortune. Emma, her wife and three children moved in and prepared to live in luxury.

The home consists of a main living floor with a master suite, two children's rooms, a large living room, dining room, and streamlined kitchen.

The lower floor has an additional two bedrooms, a home gym, music and game room, art studio, laundry room, and storage room.

Outside is a patio area, grill, and two porches.

At first, the family loved the home. But, Emma keeps hearing noises coming from under the floorboards. Could it be rats? Something worse?

Upon investigation, Emma discovered a hidden door leading to a vault and secret lab. Will Emma close down the lab, or follow in her great-uncle's footsteps?
