[NO CC] Oak Alcove Apartments [11 Units][FULLY FURNISHED]

The inspiration for Oak Alcove Apartments was also taken from NYC apartment buildings and the fire escape that goes all the way from the roof, down to the ground. In this build such a fire-escape has been lovingly put up and it is accessible from each and every apartment unit (except the basement floors). In the Sims Universe, the Oak Alcove Apartments sits right next to the Comfy Cubby Apartments. NO CUSTOM CONTENT REQUIRED FOR THIS BUILD I sincerely hope that all of you will enjoy it.



PLEASE HAVE THE MOVE OBJECTS CHEAT ON BEFORE PLACING THE LOT AND CHECK THE SCREENSHOTS TO GET A BETTER IDEA OF THE BUILD.
