SkateLand skating rink with beach - no CC

a skating rink close to the beach is a dream place. This community lot can be the perfect place to relax, skate, relax by the sea or it can be the most interesting business lot to manage.
If you decide that a Sim buys and manages the lot, this includes the Eltroticket pricing which, added to everything the lot offers, customers arrive by default and although you only have to worry about keeping the site tidy, serving the coffee shop not only It will help to make more profit if Sims customers will be happy and it will help to level up business easily.

in business mode, this lot could be your second home. Not only are the Sims who visit the site distracted, you can also do it with them and incidentally encourages loyalty to the business.

About this lot

the points of interest of this lot are the skating rink and the beach. If you have opted for the business mode, the Sims upon arrival will register in the electronic billing that is located near the skating rink, on the left side is the men's and women's bathrooms and in the middle of these is a sauna.
going down the same side is the cafeteria and a break room which you can use as your personal bedroom. don't forget to lock the door for yourself for this purpose.

In front of the rest room there is a jacuzzi and the staircase that leads to the beach.
on the beach you will find various objects and cabins that give you a totally beachy atmosphere.

Don't forget, the business opening and closing sign is located on the side of the coffee shop.

This lot doesn't have personalized content.

Recommendations

this is a beach lot and should be located in a neighborhood that has roads near the water, you can use one of my map templetes or the one from the Mod The Sims contributors that meets the above criteria.

this is a clean copy of the lot.

Enjoy playing with this beach lot and if you like it, don't forget to leave me your comment.

I like this, but not only is it difficult to place, the terrain deforms so that on either side of the waterline on the lot there are tiny spikes of beach that can no way be got rid of. (Messiing with "modifyNeighborhoodTerrain" is Not Advisable.)

Hi @Sims2Maven
The lots that I have uploaded to MTS are generally created on land where the beach and the road are at sea level, although those of normal dimensions should work without problems, if you have any problem with the placement of this lot and the others of beach that I have presented it is advisable to use some of the SC4 neighborhood templates that I also have available, I apologize for the late response to your comment.

Well, it sure doesn't work in Bluewater Village. :-(
I wound up creating my own version as a non-beach lot (only way I could keep the lot from ripping at the seams). It's not quite the same as yours, because I changed a number of things (like adding a "Taste of Tropics" booth, etc).

Due to the distance, height of the land and dimensions it is possible that some beach lots do not adapt well to the Bluewater land if it is created in a different neighborhood land, the seams of the lot should not be inconvenient, the important thing is that you have a community lot to your liking if it does not suit the aforementioned terrain.
