With this mod, gender of a newly created apartment resident or roommate is random. Originally, it was determined by a disproportion between men and women among townies. The problem is that apartment residents and roommates usually aren't ordinary townies so creating them wasn't reducing the gap. It was resulting in spawning same-gender sims over and over again.
Conflicts
This mod must load after Apartment Hack by Pescado. Pescado's mod tries to achieve the same thing but also contains a hidden feature: it prevents elder women from being created as apartment residents or roommates. My mod does not and will make that hidden feature be gone.
