I love the friendship between Dandy & Dim. It's a beautiful, wonderful thing, and I cried so much when Dandy died of old age. Dim got the notification at stupidly early am and so I had them spend the entire day together. Dim went home after a long day to his newborn and I thought to myself how much I was going to miss Dandy in this world and their friendship and he chose that moment to die. I still tear up thinking about it.

You did a spectacular job on the interconnected relationships in this town. It's a small world, but it has a big big heart. This is hands-down my favourite world right now just in terms of how real the relationships feel. Nobody feels like a caricature. I am going to enjoy playing this world again and again and getting to know each different facet.

Thank you so much !! Comments like these are why I make them!

This looks like a nice world. Thanks for creating and uploading it.

I like it a lot! The little details are fun to find (like the library, the police station with the jail, and the underground mausoleum.) Impressive that you were able to build a rich world using only base game content. And it's great to have a populated town that doesn't depend on a save file.

One of the unoccupied houses on the hill, the one that my family moved into, didn't have a furnished option. I think the other houses I looked at did, so I'm not sure if it's a mistake or not.

It would be nice if the lots were more consistent in terms of having street addresses or not, and if the fishing spots had names. (Also, is there a spot where sims can catch freshwater fish?)

I don't really understand why it's called Fern Valley and not Fern Isle or similar - it's not really a valley.

The little beach condos are a lot of fun to look at. So are the other houses (my sim's a firefighter, so she goes into a lot of houses).

The townsfolk are pretty interesting too. I moved my family there and my friendly social butterfly really wants to befriend Scott Preston, but he's not having it. All we've managed to learn so far about him is that he's grumpy. I love how interconnected the relationships are, and that there are a variety of households with different family structures.

I truly love how much story and drama is infused into the residents of the town (and the maid! lol). I was floored when I played the Preston household and everyone already had actions queued up! Thank you for all the work you put into Fern Valley, and for making it base game friendly! This world has been a true joy to experience.

I'm using this world right now and while I didn't get to know the people well yet, I do like the design and the houses. I like the idea you did with the library, though it was a bit difficult to find it on Map View.

Also, just wanted to share this beautiful nightsky Fern Valley can give!
