Merged means all the pillows will be in a single .package file. Download this version if you definitely want every pillow in your game.
Separated means that each pillow is it's own file. This would be preferable if you had some separated pillows already from other sims creators like BrazenLotus, so then you could delete the duplicates. Or you could delete pillows you simply don't like the look of and keep the ones you do like.

any chance this can be modded for sims 3?

I realize it was my mistake for searching the whole site instead of just the Sims 3 section, but this pillow pack is exactly what i've been looking for to complete my dream house in Sims 3. Is there any chance you or someone you know could make these pillows work in sims 3 as well? <3
