This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

To get a more in depth explaination on how to make these cliffs fully functional and more creative ideas on how to use them, please click this Youtube Video Link:
Unlocked & Recolored - Rock Climbing Cliffs

Unlocked & Recolored - Rock Climbing Cliffs
Ever hoped for a possibility to go rock climbing with your Sims outside of Mt. Komorebi? Now you can!
I've unlocked and recolored the small, medium, medium overgrown and tall rock climbing cliffs, so they can be used in lots outside of Mt. Komorebi too.
You do still need the Snowy Escape Expansion pack of course.

I've added 16 recolors to the small, medium and medium overgrown versions and the first 8 to the tall version too.
These first 8 recolors match quite well with recolors I've made before for other rock packs, as well as with rocks from other worlds then Mt.Komorebi.
The second group of 8 recolors have extra moss added to them, with the first of them with significantly more moss then the rest to match it to the rocks of Selvadorada.
The tall version doesn't has these moss recolors as it's covered in snow all the time.

To make all versions fully functional, you do need to add terrain to the back of the rock climbing cliffs. This can best be done by using the "Flatten to height tool", which is the 5th option under terrain tools.
Be aware then changing the terrain around the rock can make the rock to disappear. To prevent this from happening, activate the "move objects on" cheat before changing the terrain.
If you don't know how to use the "Flatten to height tool", then take a look at the video for a more in-depth look at it. You will also find some more creative ideas what to do with these cliffs in this video.

Object information:
These mods requires the Snowy Escape Expansion Pack.
They're standalone objects, so they won't override any other objects in game.
To find them, type "Climbing" into te search bar or go to the Outdoor Activity and Skills section in buy mode OR the Rock section in build mode.
They can be recognized by my "BakieGaming" icon in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.

Medium: 500,-
Medium Overgrown: 500,-
Tall: 750,-

You might want to correct the video link. It goes to your waterfall video at the moment.

So glad someone fixed this! I was super annoyed that I couldn't add rock climbing walls to hilly areas in other places like Granite Falls and parks

I'm really glad to see you made this mod, and I have to say that you've made a bunch of great mods.

But... am I the only one having trouble getting down from the cliffs?
I followed the steps to place the cliff, and raise the ground level behind the cliff. Sims have no problem climbing UP and walking around up there, but they can't get down.
There is no climb down pie menu option, once the sim is up there all they can do is "inspect climbing conditions".

So is this just me? a glitch? am I missing something/doing something wrong? There shouldn't be any sort of mod conflict.

EDIT: after playing with it more I've found that it IS just me, and I WAS doing something wrong. I guess that if you build your "mountain" around the cliffs wrong, then they game won't allow the climb down option.
Seems that if you block even one of the climbing spots, it breaks the other two as well, even though it lets you climb up the unblocked spots just fine.
This makes it trickier to make the exact kind of mountain/climbing area that you might want to, but oh well.

Hello Vashmoon, I'm happy to read you already found out what went wrong and thanks for updating your comment. Maybe you can help other people this way too.
