This is the Hellfish Tattoo of Abe Simpson, wich I already did for Sims 3 and now I made for Sims 4.
It can be found in CAS section for tattoos and is available for: Male and Females, from teens up to elders.

It comes in purple/pink and red/black.

It contains 8 Swatches:
purple/pink and red/black for male with lighter skintones
purple/pink and red/black for male with darker skintones
purple/pink and red/black for female with lighter skintones
purple/pink and red/black for female with darker skintones.
