just a heads up your house crashed my game
I didn't move anyone in & tried loading it multiple times in different neighborhoods. The loading screen would get almost done and then either give me the crash error message or force quit my game
this happened with your Makeover 10 Hyacinth Circle (urban & beach) too
I'm going to test them with none of my mods to see if there's a conflict there
Update: I was able to load the lot no problem with my mods removed, sorry for the confusion
I really liked the houses so I'll update with what caused the error for me
Update 2: https://modthesims.info/d/399650/ru...g-off-grid.html is causing my game to crash on your lot because I had to recently reinstall my entire game so my dummy brain has just now figured out I didn't have the rug fix Bin file in the new install, which was making my game crash

Sorry if I read your comment to this day but sometimes I overlook reviewing, I have created the beach lots with minimal custom content in the game and making sure to clean them.
Crashes may occur if users have some item mods installed due to clean loading of the item and causing the conflict.
I appreciate your comment.
