The "-ovich" and "-evich" means "son of". For example, I'm Valer'evna = daughter of Valeriy. My sister is Valer'evna too. If I were a boy or if I had a brother, my/their отчество (patronymic name?) would be Valer'evich ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So either both twins are Mikhailovich, or both are Miroslavovich. Depends on the name of their father
