Did you see the tutorials I wrote for it?
It's really hard to make a Grid-Adjusted "Starter" without cheating... I'm sure the simlets won't mind

I love these cozy lil things, amazing job with the space and i loved the way you used CFE for the outside wall near the stairs so it slanted down along side them! I might place these in my desert sub hood as little retirement homes for my elders <3
