Seems EA fixed this, so the mod is now obsolete, yay!
Hey guys! You ever notice how a window (specifically the light box window) looks one color at one angle then another at another angle? You ever wondered why Maxis/EA doesn't like the color black on their base game windows? Well boy oh boy do I have the solution for you!
I was working on a new build when I ran into the issue of there being no black swatch for this dang window. Even with the "dark grey" swatch, it looks white in certain lights! To heck with that, I'll yeet that specular out the window and use my own.
All you need to do is drop the .package into the mods folder and it will show up in your build menu under windows. It might be a couple rows down because TS4 logic.
Check out the pics to see the difference! This mostly affects the singular color/monochrome ones as the wood kind have a much more subtle spec map.
